As an architecture student, I am extremely eager to have the opportunity to be involved with this project and learning experience. I have always had a passion for design, art and architecture and I believe that this is and will be reflected in my work. Through this partnership I aim to broaden my skills and understanding of architectural practice, build a relationship with industry and take part in producing a final design that encompasses the collaboration, efforts and expertise of both Mosaic Studios and Woods Bagot.

Always known to be the “creative” one through dressing and work style, I have also channeled this side of me through my architectural works. An internship opportunity during summer break has given me an exposure to the industry practice where expectations and deadlines are far more demanding than what it is in university curriculum. Through this experience, I have developed my technical and visual skills to a certain degree of finesse.
ACE SISON
Apart from being an architecture student, being a part of an architectural steelworks company gave me an opportunity not just to learn the process of building something and the things that are involved in a project, but also deal with clients, architects, builders, suppliers in the building industry. Through this project, I am keen to further develop my skills and tools that will help me further along my career. I’ve developed a passion for computer aided drafting and designing as I understand their importance in the future of architecture, especially in being able to fully engage with clients using 3D models and renders as presentation tools. In the end of this project, I hope to apply what I learned to help deliver a final design proposal that everyone involved will be proud of.

I enjoy doing everything related to art and have always interested in Architectural heritage because they always have interesting stories or narratives to tell behind the design project. Therefore, I wish that one day I’ll be able to create a piece which the narrative of the place, the concept and the history behind the project can be delivered well to the occupants of the place and enhance occupants’ experience in a place.
DAJEONG JENNY JANG
Being strongly involved in the department of arts and design for many years, my passion for architecture significantly grew in the thoughts of being able to create a difference for our future generations through the designing of architecture itself. As communication focused person, I will leverage my interpersonal skills to achieve set goals and provide a positive atmosphere for not only those in Mosaic Studios and Woods Bagot but also for everyone involved in this project. Having extensive knowledge in architectural BIM software; Revit, being able to utilise AutoCAD, Rhino as well as Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop, I am seeking to collaborate all my skills for this project to build an understanding of the real architectural practice by working with the industry and to arrive at a destination of our team’s set goals.
JENNIFER GARCIA
Growing up and witnessing poverty, deprivation and hardship of people around me has opened my eyes to one day help create a space and a sense of place. Throughout my studies, I am fortunate enough to say that I have gained knowledge and the ability to use various software’s to deliver both 3D modelling online and physical modelling. My strongest strength relies heavily on my technical and modelling skills, especially laser cutting.
JULIAN LAZARTE
Coming from a family with engineering and architecture backgrounds, I was exposed to the built environment from a young age which influenced my passion in architecture. What I enjoy most about studying architecture is the never-ending search for
perfection and the result of this obsession that impacts people’s lives for the better. My attention to
detail with my work and prior experiences in the industry are most beneficial for the technical team which would elevate our team into achieving our goals.

I am a 3rd year architecture student who studying in Curtin University. I was working as an intern of Quantity Surveyor Assistant for 3 months in Eden Empire Sdn Bhd. It is a construction firm that specialises in building and road projects. In this collaborative project, I hope I can have a better understanding between the relationship of nature and human, as ‘Let nature decide its design’ is what can be contributed to this generation.
PUTERI SAHIRA BAHARI
It is such a privilege to be given the opportunity to work with Woods Bagot and a strong team which I am very grateful for this. Working on this project will really help increase my knowledge in preparation for the industry, widen my perspectives in architecture and also allows creating connections with people from the industry. My work as a student has been good and shown constant improvement and I am always open to ways that I can improve my work and myself as a person.
RACHEL BIKIM
I have had an interest in architecture and interior design from a young age. I am particularly interested in renovation and restoration. For this project, I am part of the research group as I believe research is an integral part of the design process
REÑA ANGELICA FERNANDEZ
Apart from my interest in architecture, I have always love making art illustrations either digitally or traditionally using colour pencils, watercolour and oil pastels. Before going into architecture, I have undertaken a science course that had heavily researched based assessments. I believe that the skills and experience I have earned from it can be passed onto the research group of the team. As
a person, I would say that I am organised, a good listener and always willing to expand my knowledge. I hope to share my skills and passion with my hardworking mindset into creating a successful and enjoyable design project experience with the team.
RUOWEI DUAN
I am honoured to have the opportunity to learn more knowledge and experience on working with this large group. During this project, I’m expected to provide good communication and cooperation skills. My experience on degree of digital design leads me to learn some universal design principles and technological skills. Through learning architecture, I’ve learnt to integrate this knowledge with architectural design. In order to help on this project, I will be able to work with Photoshop, Revit and InDesign to help on our visual presentation (diagrams, layout, etc).

I am an architecture student at Curtin University. I worked in Kalloc Studio ,a real time rendering developing company, as an intern previously. During the course of internship, I received valuable experience in using softwares for design and collaboration. Also, it provides a task of collaboration between the programs.
YIFAN YUAN
I am a third-year architecture student from Shanghai. Enjoying team work and having great interest in architecture, so I joined Shigeru Ban’s work shop and worked with the team to build various kinds of models for museum exhibitions. I have a great interest in architecture and love the shared nature of design, I have an internship in landscape design department, learn some landscape knowledge and understand better of how to connect and integrate architecture and landscape. As part of the communications group I will bring my knowledge of Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator, AutoCAD, Sketchup, Lumion, Word and Power Point to tell our story.
